The Guthrie Theater and The Acting Company (TAC) today announced complete casting for their 2010 co-production and national tour of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. Building on the success of their critically acclaimed 2009 production of Henry V, these two nationally recognized theater institutions will again showcase the talents of young performers from their ranks, including graduates of the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater B.F.A. Actor Training Program, participants of the Guthrie Experience (GEx), and alumni of The Acting Company.

Directed by Mikel Clifford and featuring Nick James as Hamlet, and Rob Gardner as Claudius, the show opens Friday, January 8th, 2010, and plays Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00 PM, and Sundays at 6:00 PM through January 31st at the Lowry Lab Theatre in the Lowry Building at 350 St. Peter St., St. Paul 55102. There is no performance Friday, January 29th.
