Northrop Dance Presents Houston Ballet, 2/23 & 24

Two evenings of repertoire by one of the largest ballet companies in the U.S. will feature "the best of both classic and contemporary ballet. The four pieces of choreography (three pieces per evening) include a piece anchored by a dazzling pas de deux (Rush), the first recipient of the Rudolf Nureyev Prize for New Dance (ONE/end/ONE), an examination of the vagaries of romantic relationships at warp speed (Indigo), and a beautiful and poignant one-act ballet portraying the relationships of three couples, evoking moods from romantic serenity to agitation and aggression (In the Night)."
