We Had a World at GableStage

Patti is thrilled to return to GableStage after last season’s production of Prayer for the French Republic. Previous performances include: The Last Yiddish Speaker, Last Night in Inwood (Theatre Lab); A Delicate Balance (Island City Stage); Fiddler on the Roof (The Wick Theatre); Picnic, Our Town, The Spitfire Grill (Palm Beach Dramaworks), and Caroline or Change (Actor’s Playhouse). Some previous performances at GableStage include Summer 1976, The Price, The Guys, Defiance, Sons of the Prophet, Casa Valentina, If I Forget and Ordinary Americans. Patti has been performing in South Florida for thirty five years from Miami to Jupiter. She has toured nationally for seventeen years with Menopause the Musical and is a Carbonell, Silver Palm, and New Times Best Award recipient for her work. As a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and proud grandmother to 4 grandchildren, enormous gratitude to Bari Newport and Stuart Meltzer for the gift to tell this story.

Daniel Barrett is a proud member of Actor’s Equity Association and is represented by Arise Artists Agency. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Theatre from NYU, as well as a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami. Daniel previously served as Professor of Acting at Five Towns College and is currently on the Theatre Faculty at the University of Miami. Recent credits: Traitorz: The Unauthorized Musical Parody at The Laurie Beechman in New York, A Wonderful World: The Louis Armstrong Musical (Premiere) at Miami New Drama, Disney’s The Little Mermaid at the Franklin Performing Arts Company, and Skintight by Joshua Harmon at Island City Stage. Daniel is a Broadway World Award Winning Actor. As a student at UM, Daniel worked on the wardrobe crew of The Legend of Georgia McBride at GableStage. Daniel is thrilled to return to make their GableStage acting debut in Joshua Harmon’s incredible We Had A World!
