Celebrating 40 years of evocative dance, master choreographer Alonzo King’s unique artistic vision adheres to the classical form—the linear, mathematical and geometrical principles deeply rooted in the East-West continuum. Experience King’s newest creation, Deep River, a collaboration with composer Jason Moran and vocalist Lisa Fischer. Bending the lines between classical and contemporary ballet, he draws on the strengths of his extraordinary dancers altering the way we look at ballet today.
The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts will present a full month of programming in March, including Pink Martini featuring lead singer Storm Large (March 3), the Kravis Center Gala event An Evening with Nicole Scherzinger (March 5), RENT: LIVE IN CONCERT (March 12), and Emeline Michel (March 27–28).
Alonzo King LINES Ballet will return to France for a four-week engagement Jan. 14 – Feb. 12, 2026. The tour marks a highly anticipated return for the company, which has maintained an ambitious international touring schedule since its founding in 1982.
