Tupelo Holds FANTASTICKS Auditions, 8/8-9

Tupelo Community Theatre will hold auditions for The Fantasticks on Sunday, August 8th at 3 p.m, and Monday, August 9th at 7 p.m. at the Lyric Theatre on Broadway in Downtown Tupelo.

The cast includes a young man and woman age 16-30 as well as six other male characters 20 and older. All those auditioning should come prepared to sing.

The Fantasticks, the world's longest running musical, played in New York for over forty years. It tells the story of two neighboring fathers who put up a wall between their homes to ensure that their children will fall in love and marry.

Sonja Jenkins will direct The Fantasticks and the production dates for the show are September 30, October 1, and 2.
