Overture Center Closing Due To Weather, Wednesday PAW PATROL Performance Postponed

Overture Center for the Arts President and CEO Sandra Gajic has announced that the Center will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019. The building is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, Jan. 31 at Noon.

"The extreme weather conditions call for special actions promoting patron safety, therefore Overture Center will be closed tomorrow. Patrons with tickets to PAW Patrol Live! for Wednesday's performances can either be exchanged into the rescheduled date or a refund will be issued. Forward Theater Company's Wednesday, Jan. 30 performance of Heisenberg has been cancelled," said Gajic.

Overture programming staff and touring PAW Patrol Live! company have postponed the Wednesday, Jan. 30 performances to Tuesday, Aug. 13 and Wednesday, Aug. 14 (timing TBA). More information will be provided to ticketholders. If the rescheduled dates work for patrons, their tickets will be automatically transferred.

If the rescheduled date does not work for the ticketholders, refunds will be processed in full the week of Feb. 4 and will be issued via the same method of payment that was used for purchase. If the refund should go on a different credit card than was used for the purchase, please call the ticket office at 608.258.4141 prior to Monday, Feb. 4. Tickets purchased via sales channels other than directly with Overture (Groupon, etc.) will need to be refunded directly from where they were purchased.

Patrons with tickets to Heisenberg should contact the Overture Center ticket office to exchange into another performance of the production or request a refund. This Forward Theater Company production runs through Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019.

The PAW Patrol Live! performance scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 29 at 6 p.m. will still go on as planned.

For any additional information, please contact our ticket office at 608.258.4141.
