Clarksville Little Theatre to Open 2013-14 Season with YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN, 9/13-21

CLARKSVILLE LITTLE THEATRE presents the regional community theatre premiere of the new Mel Brooks musical YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN, with shows on September 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 @ 8:00pm and September 15 @ 2:00pm. YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN features a book by Mel Brooks & Thomas Meehan and usic & lyrics by Brooks.

Based on the 1974 Mel Brooks film of the same name, this new musical features the same story you know and love filled with wonderful songs and dances. Directed by C. Kevin Swansey, with new choreography by Valerie Hopkins, Young Frankenstein is sure to please audiences of all ages. Complete with a sexy lab assistant, angry villagers, a cooky assistant, a creepy housekeeper (cue the horses), and the big green monster himself, this song and dance filled production will have you "rolling in the hay" with laughter.

The production is directed by C. Kevin Swansey, and features musical direction by Tim Baker and choreography by Valerie Hopkins.
