Aurora, Remedios, and Eugenia are three of the most sought-after professional funeral criers in Brea who welcome Aurora's teenage daughter Ligaya from the Philippines into their world to teach her their trade. They soon realize that Gaya makes people laugh instead of cry. The story explores cultural identity, generational conflict, and finding home in a new country. The cast features Joy Regullano, Sandy Velasco, Evie Abat, Pablo Cuen, and Bianca Ibarra, directed by Mara Palma.

Is there parking?
Free underground parking is available via Civic Center, located between the Brea Civic & Cultural Center and Embassy Suites. Once you park, take the elevator up to the Plaza Level 1 and look for the Curtis Theatre.
Is the theatre accessible?
Accessible Seating: Wheelchair accessible and companion seating is available at all performances in designated areas. Accommodations can be made through the box office at the time of purchase. Accessible seating can be purchased on our website, over the phone, or in person during Box Office hours (Tues-Fri 12-3PM and 1 hour prior to performances).

Accessible Parking: Parking is available in designated spaces in our underground parking garage.
