Abigail Raphael Collins presents BLACKOUT, an experimental documentary exploring the intersections of the film and television industry with the US military. Drawing from a queer, feminist perspective, the work delves into generational legacies of trauma, silence, and the unspeakable. Highlighting her father's experiences as a method actor with PTSD often cast in military roles, the film features interviews with various industry professionals at the crossroads of media and militarization. The exhibition runs from May 22 to August 10, 2025, at REDCAT in Los Angeles.
