Registration Now Open For Las Vegas PHANTOM 'Fans Week'; New Events Announced
Phantom - The Las Vegas Spectacular is pleased to announce it will host the first annual Phantom Fans Week in September 2009, highlighted by a special keynote address from Phantom's Tony Award-winning director Hal Prince. This unprecedented celebration of all things Phantom will give fans from around the globe insider access to the show like never before.
As one of the week's many highlights Phantom is pleased to announce that two lucky fans will participate in a once in a lifetime makeover event. At Friday morning's Insider Session, Phantom's opulent costumes, makeup, wigs and masks await two lucky fans who will undergo actual transformations into "The Phantom" and "Christine." Associate Costume Designer Sam Fleming will select two fans to undergo a unique makeover by Phantom's award-winning hair and makeup artists. Actual materials from the show will be used in this exciting makeover experience. Although these lucky participants may arrive at the Insider Session as fans, they will emerge from the shadows as the Opera Ghost and his star pupil.With different registration levels available, fans can spend a full week or a short weekend; the activities and registration fees have been developed to accommodate any travel schedule or budget. All registration levels include admission to all six Insider Sessions, including the keynote address by famed Director Hal Prince and makeover session with Sam Fleming, the chance to take in up to four performances of Phantom and exclusive access into the grand Masquerade Ball at St. Mark's Square with the cast of Phantom. If that's not enough, fans can partake in special add-on events, such as dinner with Executive Producer Scott Zeiger at Wolfgang Puck's Postrio Restaurant or the Farewell Brunch at Bouchon Restaurant.

Morning Insider Session: Meet the Phantom Cast
Members of the Phantom Cast will share their stories of being in theatre, in Las Vegas and in Phantom. This 90-minute Morning Insider Session will follow a lively town hall meeting format where fans will be encouraged to ask questions of the cast.
Tony Award-winner Anthony Crivello is Las Vegas' Phantom. In the 90-minute Afternoon Insider Session, Mr. Crivello sits down to talk with the fans about what it's like to play the Opera Ghost, and what it was like working with Andrew Lloyd Webber on other shows, before he was cast to seduce and murder fellow cast members eight times a week in Las Vegas.7:00pm Performance: Phantom - The Las Vegas Spectacular
Post-Show Party: Masquerade Ball Welcome Party with the Phantom cast
Following the evening's performance of PHANTOM, fans and cast members will gather in St. Mark's Square in The Grand Canal Shoppes to celebrate together at the Masquerade Ball Welcome Party. Special cocktails, desserts and other special surprises await those at the Ball, so wear your best masquerade and then see if you can tell who's a fan and who's in the show.

Morning Insider Session: Phantom's Opulent Costumes & Makeup
Associate Costume Designer Sam Fleming leads the 90-minute Morning Insider Session with a look inside the stunning costumes and makeup used in PHANTOM. Ms. Fleming will give her unique insight into the late Maria Bjornson's award-winning designs, as well as the construction and maintenance of the most elaborate wardrobe on The Strip. During the session, Fleming will select two fans to be receive the actual transformations into The Phantom and Christine during Friday morning's Costume and Makeup Insider Session. Ms. Fleming's award-winning hair and makeup artists will use actual materials from the show in this once-in-a-lifetime makeover event. So, although you may arrive at the Insider Session as a fan, you just might emerge from the shadows as the Opera Ghost or his star pupil.
Bill Stephenson controls and maintains the multi-million dollar, fifteen-foot tall, sixteen-foot wide, one-ton star of PHANTOM. In the 90-minute Afternoon Insider Session Mr. Stephenson invites fans into the Phantom Theatre for a close up look at the PHANTOM chandelier and a special demonstration of the free-falling technical marvel that evokes screams eight times a week. In the first Add-On Event of the week, join the award-winning Producer Scott Zeiger (Las Vegas producer of Phantom, Jersey Boys, Wayne Brady and Peepshow), for an informal chat over dinner at Wolfgang Puck's famed restaurant Postrio. Mr. Zeiger will talk with fans about the journey of PHANTOM from Broadway to Las Vegas, and how this unique version of PHANTOM has become a mainstay in Las Vegas entertainment. This rare opportunity to go inside what it takes to produce a multi-million dollar musical will be hosted by Postrio which has recently re-launched with a stunning new interior and exciting new menu. Your special dinner with the PHANTOM Producer will include a delectable three course wine-pairing menu created specifically for this event by the legendary chef.

Morning Insider Session: Phantom's Custom Theatre
Production Designer Paul Kelly leads the 90-minute Morning Insider Session with a look inside the $40 million custom-built Phantom Theatre and the challenges of adapting Maria Bjornson's original design to the new Las Vegas production.
Mr. Kelly's session will highlight the unique achievements of the production in a one-of-a-kind physical space. Meticulously accurate scale models of scenes from PHANTOM will be on display as part of the session.
Afternoon Insider Session: Keynote Address from Hal PrinceThe culmination of Phantom Fans Week will be a keynote address from Tony Award-winning director of PHANTOM, Hal Prince. Mr. Prince will talk about his life in theatre, his work with Andrew Lloyd Webber and his reasons for revisiting his classic PHANTOM 20 years later and adapting it for
