The Cabinet of Doctor Caligari presents the 1920 German Expressionist silent film landmark with a brand-new live score by Kansas City composer Thomas Newby and psychedelic chamber pop innovators The Green Zoo. The approximately 62-minute program is presented through all 100 loudspeakers of Sound Mandala's immersive audio system at the Unicorn Theatre's Jerome Stage. The film is widely credited with introducing the twist ending to cinema.
