Garrison Keillor, Paula Poundstone & Aries Spears to Perform at Florida Theatre
GARRISON KEILLOR TONIGHT will feature comedian Erica Rhodes, while Paula Poundstone brings her FLORIDA THEATRE ON THE ROAD show to Jacksonville.
Florida Theatre has announced three newly added comedy performances coming to Jacksonville later this year, featuring Garrison Keillor with Erica Rhodes, Paula Poundstone, and Aries Spears.

Garrison Keillor and Erica Rhodes team up for an evening that brings together two generations of comedy. After more than 50 years in radio, including his celebrated run hosting A Prairie Home Companion, Keillor takes the stage alongside Rhodes, a successful stand-up comedian he describes as his sensible niece. The evening blends stand-up, humorous verse, limericks, songs, and stories as Rhodes attempts to help Keillor master the art of modern comedy.

Known for her sharp observational humor and quick improvisational wit, Paula Poundstone continues to be one of comedy's most recognizable voices. In addition to touring theaters nationwide, she hosts the weekly podcast Nobody Listens to Paula Poundstone and is a regular panelist on NPR's Wait, Wait... Don't Tell Me. Film audiences may also recognize her as the voice of "Forgetter Paula" in Inside Out and Inside Out 2.
