The newly renamed Queensbury Theatre (formerly The Country Playhouse) is proud to present OLEANNA, by renowned American playwright David Mamet, directed by Stuart Purdy.
A private meeting between a college student and her professor leads to misunderstanding, confusion, power play, chaos and pain for both. It's a disturbing, provocative, unpredictable, and moving play guaranteed to send you from the theater ready for an argument or a stiff drink.
Performances are at 8:00 pm, Thursday through Saturday, June 27 through July 19, and at 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 13. Due to Independence Day, there will be no performance on July 4.
Please note that due to our new facility being constructed, this performance will occur at Studio 101 in Spring Street Studios. Due to the layout of the venue, no late seating will be available. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the listed curtain time.
Ages: Due to subject matter, this performance is recommended for individuals age 16 and up.
