A dark comedy about a miserable, suffocated Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln's assassination, written by Cole Escola and directed by Sam Pinkleton. Tony Award winner J. Harrison Ghee stars as Mary Todd Lincoln in this strictly limited Houston engagement presented by Theatre Under The Stars. Unrequited yearning, alcoholism, and suppressed desires abound in this one-act play that examines the forgotten life and dreams of Mrs. Lincoln through the lens of an idiot.
