Houston based singer and songwriter Raquel Cepeda is originally from Venezuela. A former geologist for the oil industry, Cepeda has shared the stage with jazz greats such as Ellis Marsalis and Delfeayo Marsalis, and has recorded two solo albums. Her latest album “Passion” was nominated for the 2020 Pepsi Music Awards in Venezuela in the category of Best Jazz Album. Pianist Marvio Ciribelli is from Rio de Janeiro, has recorded 18 albums and participated in numerous jazz festivals including the Montreux Jazz Festival and the Java Jazz Festival. Marvio is also a composer and arranger. Performing with Ciribelli and Cepeda are Brazilian percussionist Cassio Duarte, Brazilian drummer Adriano Santos, and Houston bassist David Craig.
