"He snores, he roars, he is the world's greatest lion!" Liontamer is a fun new opera fairy tale incorporating familiar melodies from Mozart, Donizetti, Rossini, Verdi, Bizet and Puccini. Written by Eppu Nuotio and colourfully arranged with opera favourites by Jukka Nykänen, the story leads us on an adventure in which the clever cat Silakka helps a young boy discover the road to friendship. Join our heroes as they journey into the savannah, where they enthusiastically sing, play and act their way straight into our hearts. Presented in the Upper Foyer, Liontamer is well suited to children between the ages of 4 and 7.
