Female, 30s-40s. ELLIE is a Caucasian singer, songwriter, and record producer who discovers Neil Diamond. ROSE is Neil Diamond’s Jewish mother.
OFFSTAGE STANDBY FOR YOUNG NEIL
Male, 30s-40s. To play Neil Diamond from the beginning to the height of his career. He becomes the new King of rock, known as the Jewish Elvis. Must be a strong singer (Baritone). Must be able to play the guitar.
OFFSTAGE STANDBY FOR NEIL
Male, 60s-70s. To play Neil Diamond later in life.
