Mystery! Comedy! Nostalgia! Travel back in time to the Golden Age of Radio for a special 1943 holiday broadcast to the troops. Match wits with Ellery Queen as he investigates murders on a circus train. Laugh with Fibber McGee and Molly when McGee paints Molly’s Christmas tree white. There’s O. Henry’s heartwarming The Gift of the Magi and a new wartime series from the home front. Throughout the evening there will be bantering announcers and a few songs to set your toes tapping. The Final Act Ensemble is a troupe of performers ages 60 and older that perform classic and original radio plays, including commercials and sound effects, as well as songs from the Golden Days of Radio.
