The world premiere of a new play by Tommy Lee Johnston, Borrowed Beats, tells the story of a family mourning the loss of a daughter when they receive an unexpected visitor: the woman who received her heart through organ donation. Their story is about loss and love, pain and healing, second chances, and the impact that one persons ultimate gift can have on an entire family.
