How to Conquer America: A Mostly True History of Yogurt is a world premiere play written by David Myers and directed by Margot Bordelon. Set in 1975, the story follows Arlene, an ambitious research assistant who created the ad campaign that transformed yogurt from a foreign curiosity into an American staple. Her victory lap is complicated when her dead father refuses to stay on script, threatening to unravel the story she's built for herself. The play wrestles with culture, family, and identity in a dairy-filled take on the American Dream.
