Theatrics Performing Arts

Theatrics Performing Arts is a musical theatre training school at 764 Route 25A in East Setauket, serving the Miller Place area of Long Island. Its core programs follow a "triple threat" round-robin format in which students rotate between acting, voice and jazz dance within a single class. Age-graded tracks run from Little Thespians and Family Theatre (1st-5th grade) through Drama Queenz (4th-6th), Junior Company (6th-8th) and Senior Company (9th-12th), each a full-year program culminating in a mini-musical or junior musical staged on a real theatre mainstage. An audition-only Spotlight Company is offered for grades 6-12. Ten-week specialty sessions include M&M's movement-and-music and Small Fry Players intro-to-theatre for ages 4 through kindergarten, plus Icebreakerz improv, Actors Studio I and II, Glee Club and invitation-only jazz technique classes. The studio also runs summer programming, mini-sessions, open houses and birthday parties.
