About this studio
The Dance Resource Center (DRC) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit service organization that has empowered Los Angeles dancers and dancemakers since 1987. Rather than teaching classes, it supports the professional dance field across Greater LA and Southern California: it runs a comprehensive community calendar and Distinguished Dance Directory, offers fundraising and audience-development tools for members, advocates on behalf of the dance community, and lists opportunities including performing calls, rehearsal space, intensives and workshops, and dance discounts. Events include the Day of Dancer Health, member gatherings and the Lester Horton Awards.
