About this studio
Seven Cities Dance Studio is a multicultural movement space in downtown Hampton, Virginia, at 118 Old Hampton Lane, serving the Hampton Roads area. It describes its mission as providing fun, inclusive opportunities for people of all ages and levels to move, laugh and be inspired. Bellydance is the studio's core specializm, taught by owner and instructor Nadira across beginner classes, level 2 drills and combinations, advanced choreography and props, and group improvisation at two levels. The weekly evening timetable also includes Salsa level 1, Kizomba level 1 and a multi-level adult ballet class working at the barre, in center and across the floor. A free teaser bellydance class runs on Monday evenings, and the studio adds second-Saturday workshops such as a Kizomba crash course and improvisation tune-ups, plus Sunday troupe rehearsals. Registration is handled through MindBody.
