About this studio
The Adrenaline Dance Project, Inc. is a non-profit scholarship fund rather than a teaching studio in its own right. It was set up by Jennifer Koonce, owner and director of Adrenaline Studio, to give students of all backgrounds the chance to receive dance instruction. The fund exists because many students cannot access formal dance training or competitive dance without financial help, and it aims to ensure that anyone who wants to dance or compete can do so regardless of financial constraints. Donations are applied directly to competition fees, costumes, backpacks and monthly tuition for recipients. The organization frames dance as a way for students to develop confidence, discipline and teamwork alongside technique.
