Studio 73 Dance operates at 102 Parr Drive in Huntersville, North Carolina and is celebrating its 28th season in 2026-2027. Its stated aim is empowering individuals to grace the stages of life through dance, combining professional instruction with a family-style studio culture. Classes are grouped by age from 3-4 year olds upward, built around ballet/tap combinations for the youngest and graded ballet, tap and jazz combos for ages 7 through 18; dancers aged 10 and over are required to train in all three disciplines. Additional contemporary and hip hop classes and private instruction are available. Studio 73 fields company teams selected by audition, with 74 dancers named for the current season, and runs three weeks of summer camps and intensives in July including the ALL-IN workshop taught by industry professionals in commercial jazz, hip hop, contemporary, ballroom, tap, improvisation and more, with scholarships awarded.
