About this studio
Prestige Dance Institute is at 381 Cleveland Crossing Drive, Suite 113 in Garner, North Carolina, and trains dancers from 18 months through adult. Classes are set by age and skill level, with placement adjusted after instructor evaluation. The youngest program is Dance With Me, a parent-and-toddler class run in six-week autumn and spring sessions, followed by Pre-Dance I and Ballet/Tap/Tumble, graded Ballet/Tap/Jazz combinations, and single-subject ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary/lyrical, clogging, musical theatre and acro; the studio is a certified Acrobatic Arts school and pointe is by instructor approval. Adult clogging and hip hop run year round and perform in the recital. A competitive company covers tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, musical theatre, clogging and hip hop, entered by audition each July or August.
