Magnify Dance Center

Magnify Dance Center is an Albuquerque dance studio and pre-professional training center serving dancers from age 2 through adult. Its program is organized into four divisions: a Primary Division for ages 2 to 7 that introduces young children to dance through music and props; a Junior Division for roughly ages 6 to 13 focused on placement, technique and artistry; a Teen and Adult Division ranging from absolute beginners to advanced and professional dancers; and a Conservatory Division for serious pre-professional students, which adds coaching in nutrition, cross-training and emotional support. The school states its mission as building comprehensive dance training on a foundation of classical ballet, and its aim of becoming New Mexico's leading pre-professional center for classical ballet and contemporary dance. It also runs the Magnify Dance Ensemble, auditions, a showcase, summer intensives and youth summer workshops.
