About this studio
Luv 2 Dance Studio in Kaysville, Utah is marking 30 years of teaching and describes technique training as the basis of everything it does. The studio runs four programs. The Recital Program serves ages 3-18, with Mommy & Me classes for ages 2-3, Pixie preschool classes, Children's Combo classes introducing ballet and jazz for ages 5-7, and jazz and hip hop classes for older children; recital dancers perform in a Christmas show in December and a Spring recital in May. The Performance Program offers tryout-based teams from age 5 up for dancers who want more than a weekly class but less intensity than competition. The Competition Program is audition-only with Team, Elite, Extreme and invitation-only Company levels, competing in routines across jazz, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, hip hop, tap, musical theatre and modern. A separate Tumbling Program runs at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
