About this studio
Liz Lira Enterprises is the coaching and media arm of Los Angeles Latin dance instructor Liz Lira, who also runs the Liz Lira Dance Academy. Lira, a world champion competitive dancer, teaches salsa and bachata and frames partner dance as a route to confidence, connection and personal transformation for adult students rather than as a children's program. Alongside studio instruction, the business sells online video courses including LifeDancer Level Up and the Confident Dance Method, which combine dance fundamentals with movement, fitness and mindset coaching, and publishes a blog, a dancewear and merchandise store, and Lira's book The Life Changing Power of Latin Dance. Student testimonials describe beginner-friendly salsa and bachata lessons in a supportive studio community, with instruction aimed at both followers and leaders.
