About this studio
L. De. Dance School was founded in 2000, when classes were first held in a one-bedroom Bronx apartment converted into a studio, with students drawn from family members, local community centers and after-school programs. Its dancers performed at functions across the tri-state area before the school relocated to Paterson, New Jersey in 2013, where it now operates out of the Dawn Treader Christian School building on Market Street. The school's motto is "The Sky Is The Limit," and it emphasises challenging students of every level to do their best. Classes are open to students aged 2 and up, and the school stresses that dance is for everyone rather than only for girls or young children.
