Kristina Pulcini Ballet Academy

Kristina Pulcini Ballet & Dance Academy (KP Ballet) is run by former professional ballerina Kristina Pulcini and teaches at three locations in the Philadelphia suburbs: its main studio at 61 W. Eagle Road in Havertown, plus classes at Wallingford Presbyterian Church in Wallingford and Swarthmore Friends Meeting in Swarthmore. The academy centers on ballet for toddlers through teens. Its Havertown program begins with Dance With Me for children 18 months to 3 years accompanied by a grown-up and Zumbini, a holistic early-childhood music and movement class, then moves through Preschool and Kindergarten Divisions, a five-level Elementary Division for grades 1-5, and an Advanced Division for middle and high school ballet dancers. DVBC JR is the academy's jazz, hip hop and lyrical class and performance company for ages 7 to 11. Wallingford and Swarthmore host Little Ballerinas for ages 3-5 and girls' elementary ballet. The academy stages an annual Nutcracker, runs performing companies and offers summer camps.
