About this studio
Innovations Dance Center is a youth-focused studio at 2596 Eastern Blvd in York, Pennsylvania, teaching children and teens. It is a participating member studio of Dance Masters of America and follows the DMA national syllabus, with instructors active in the Mid-Atlantic Dance Masters Chapter 17, which supplies regional workshops and seminars for teachers and students. The regular season runs from September through early June, with enrollment open until the end of October and no schedule changes after 1 November; summer programs and a waiting list are also offered. Classes progress from Creative Dance for ages 3-4 (a mix of ballet, tap and tumbling) through Kinderdance at 5, combo classes at 6-7 and single-discipline technique classes from age 8. Pointe is by invitation from age 12.
