Fenton School of Dance & Academy, at 112 E. Ellen Street in Fenton, Michigan, describes itself as the town's original dance studio, founded in 1981 and operating for more than 40 years. The school runs recreational, technique, adult and tot classes alongside an Academy Program and a Lines & Crew program, and fields what it calls Fenton's most awarded competitive team, citing regional and national overall awards and a 2025 Dupree Dance national Studio of the Year award. A seven-person teaching staff has over 100 years of combined experience, and the studio is a member of the Cecchetti Council of America and Dance Masters of America. Classes serve ages 2 through adults, and the studio awards up to $3,000 a year in tuition and costume scholarships.
