About this studio
Whether you are looking for recreational dance classes or to join a dance competition team, Dance FX offers dance for kids, teens and adults. Our studio is based in Sunrise, FL on the corner of Nob Hill and Oakland Park Blvd, but we also offer classes through the City of Sunrise and Central Park in Plantation. Our fabulous instructors teach everything from Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Tap, Acro and more.
If you are looking for dance classes for your toddler, we offer Baby Ballerinas, Tu Tu Cuties and Hip Hop Divas & Dudes. These classes are focused on improving motor skills, hand-eye coordination, following directions, and rhythm.
For children who are anywhere from 18 months to 7 years old, we have Pre-Ballet, Tumble Tots, Hip, Pre-Lyrical and Pre-Jazz classes. In these classes we start to focus more on technique and choreography. At this time, children start to learn how to pick up dance combinations quickly, and remember them.
