About this studio
Adele Myers and Dancers is a not-for-profit dance theatre company based in Miami, committed to developing, performing and teaching the collective vision of choreographer Adele Myers and to the advancement of female dance artists through process, performance and community engagement. The company describes its signature style as blending robust athleticism with personal theatricality. Since 2010 it has received development and touring support from the New England Foundation for the Arts, the National Dance Project and the National Performance Network, and it moved its base from the northeast to Miami in 2015. Repertory includes T.W.I.S.T (These Women in Space and Time), The Stage Show, Girls!Girls!Girls! and a world gone FABULOUS, commissioned by Miami Light Project.
