About this studio
Extravadance & Tumble has operated in the Piedmont Triad for nearly 30 years, teaching from a purpose-built studio on Masten Drive in Kernersville plus a second location in Eden, NC. The school runs both non-competitive and competitive tracks: combination classes group dancers by age (Glitter Babies 3-4, Glitter Stars 5-6, Shining Stars 7-9, Rising Stars 10-13 and 14-up) and cover ballet, tap, jazz, strength and flexibility, while Tiny Sparks introduces movement to ages 2.5-3.5. Performance Teams give recreational dancers extra local performances, and Competition Teams audition each spring for regional and national events.
