About this studio
Expression Dance Studio has served Illinois families since 2009 and teaches around 800 active students at 750 Pasquinelli Drive in Westmont. Owner Amber Saraceno's stated goal is to give students a safe environment in which to express themselves through movement, learning correct technique in a fun way while being encouraged to develop their own individuality; the studio uses age-appropriate music and costumes and describes itself as a dance family where a student taking one class a week and a member of the award-winning competitive company are treated equally. Classes span more than ten dance styles and are grouped by stage: 12-24 months, ages 2-5, grades 1-3, 4-6 and 7 and up, and adults aged 18 and over, plus all-boys classes, Acrobatic Arts, and advanced training.
