Dance classes in Denison, Texas
Dance Xplosion is located at 401 W Main Street in historic downtown Denison, Texas, and provides dance training for both recreational and competitive students, describing itself as a 14-time national champion studio. Classes are open to ages two and a half and up at all skill levels, structured as age-based combination classes for the youngest dancers (Preschool and Mini Dancer Combo covering ballet and tap, and Petite Dancer Combo adding jazz) before students move into single-style classes in ballet, lyrical/contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop and clogging. A power tumbling class for dancers, taught on air track and matted flooring, is also offered. The studio runs a performance company and competition team with auditions each season, plus private lessons by availability, and students perform in a spring recital. Fall classes begin in mid-August.
