Central Jersey Dance & Gymnastics

Central Jersey Dance & Gymnastics, established in 1971, runs recreational and competitive programs in both dance and gymnastics from a single facility serving Middlesex, New Jersey. Instruction begins at age 2, with combination classes for toddlers and preschoolers aged 4 and under that introduce both dance and gymnastics. The dance department serves ages 4 to 18 with classes in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theatre, lyrical, contemporary, pointe and acro-dance, while gymnastics covers floor and tumbling, vault, beam and bars. All dance students are invited to the family-friendly Dance Showcase held in June, and gymnastics students take part in the year-end GYMFEST. Competitive tracks include the Dance Company, which competes locally across multiple genres, and the nationally ranked Jersey Girls All-Star Dance Team. The studio states it offers inclusive class experiences and can arrange accommodations at registration.
