Broadway Dance Center Fax

Broadway Dance Center is an open drop-in dance studio at 322 W 45th Street in the heart of New York City's theatre district, with a separate Children & Teens facility at 37 W 65th Street near Lincoln Center. BDC runs more than 350 drop-in classes a week across all levels and styles, taught by working choreographers and industry professionals, and walk-ins are welcome. Disciplines include ballet, contemporary, hip-hop and street styles, jazz, tap and theatre, with specialty offerings such as theatre tap, street jazz, jazz fusion, jazz funk and lyrical. Alongside the regular schedule the studio offers two-hour Inspire masterclasses, workshops, Absolute Beginner Workshops for adults with no experience, and structured training programs including the Professional Semester, Independent Training Program and Artistry Research Creation. Livestream and on-demand classes are available through BDC Online, and there is a summer season plus an international student program. Regular drop-in classes are geared to ages 13 and up.
