SISTER ACT is a feel-good musical comedy based on the popular 1992 film and features original music by Alan Menken. The story follows Deloris Van Cartier, a disco diva who witnesses a murder and is hidden away in a convent, leading to a clash with the strict Mother Superior. Directed by Khira Hailey, this production showcases powerful gospel music and spirited choreography, celebrating friendship and personal transformation. Performances will run at Bass Performance Hall from August 15 to August 18, 2024.
