Murney, Umphress, Kaplan & More Set for Northeast Children's Theatre Company Fundraiser, 10/17
The Northeast Children's Theatre Company, a not-for-profit arts education organization, is proud to announce a star-studded lineup of entertainment for its 3rd Annual Broadway in Connecticut Gala. The fundraiser, set for Saturday, October 17 in Connecticut, will feature an evening of music with Broadway stars Julia Murney (WICKED, THE WILD PARTY), Alysha Umphress (ON THE TOWN, AMERICAN IDIOT) and Adam Kaplan (NEWSIES). Special guest appearances by other Broadway stars will be announced at a later time.
A live auction showcasing exclusive Broadway opportunities and packages, including orchestra seats to THE KING AND I followed by a private meet & greet with Tony Award-winner Kelli O'Hara, will also be offered. Tyler Paul, the organization's Co-Founder and Executive Director commented, "We are honored to have this incredible roster of stars joining us. Between the concert and the auction, we hope this will become the ultimate one-night-only gathering for fans of Broadway." Proceeds from the Gala will benefit artistic programming for school audiences and educational initiatives for underserved children in disadvantaged communities.
The concert is scheduled to begin at 8:00 PM on Saturday, October 17, at The Branson Hall in downtown Westport, Connecticut. Tickets are now available for purchase at the $125 VIP level, $50 Standard Adult and $30 Standard Student levels. Please visit www.nctcompany.org/gala or call 203-822-1540 for more information.
