Dance and Movement is part of CAPA Community Creates, a free program designed for adults to explore the performing arts. Led by interdisciplinary performance artist Elizabeth Sugawara, this session invites participants to engage in accessible movement activities while discussing the importance of maintaining creativity as we age. The session takes place on October 12 and 15, providing a collaborative environment for attendees to experiment with dance composition and movement.
