The Soccer Show is a comedy variety production blending scripted sketch comedy, high-energy improvisation, and sharp commentary on global soccer culture. Each performance features rotating, unannounced guest appearances from prominent figures within Chicago's soccer and comedy communities, covering topics from eccentric fan traditions and kit culture to international federation politics. The ensemble includes Max Kantor, Annie Scott, Mitch Winkler, Mitch Apse, and Holly Barras, with direction by Ian Mullen and stage management by Tess Abedon. The show was co-created by Kantor and Mullen in response to Chicago being excluded from hosting matches during the summer's international soccer tournament.
