Patti Vasquez is a Chicago comedian, writer, actor, and former WGN Radio host whose sharp, heartfelt storytelling has taken her to stages across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. She’s appeared on Nickelodeon, TBS, ABC, WGN, and The Oprah Winfrey Network, and she has a recurring role as a nurse on NBC’s Chicago Fire. Patti has also been featured on the reality series “My Life Is a Joke” on OWN and performed at major festivals including Just For Laughs, HBO’s Las Vegas Comedy Festival, Latina Comedy Festival and the Chicago Comedy Festival. She's currently the host of Driving it Home with Patti Vasquez on WCPT AM 820, a progressive radio talk show devoted to local and national political issues. A proud advocate and community voice, Patti blends humor, heritage, and humanity into performances that resonate long after the show ends.
