Flame of Fire is an original play written by Artistic Director Reba Hervas, inspired by Operation Auca, a mission to make peaceful contact with an Ecuadorian tribe. The story follows missionaries Jim Elliot, Nate Saint, Pete Fleming, Ed McCully, and Roger Youderian and their wives as they prepare for events that would change their lives forever. The play commemorates the mission 70 years later.
