CRUISE INTO THE SEASON WITH
Jersey Boys AND
 THE CHICAGO ARCHITECTURE FOUNDATION

On Tuesdays in May, Ride with Cast Members from Jersey Boys!

Oh, What A Night!  The Windy City has not one but two rockin' reasons to plan a night on the town Tuesday evenings in May. The Chicago Architecture Foundation (CAF) River Cruise is teaming up the Chicago's own company of Jersey Boys – the legendary blockbuster musical celebrating a record-breaking open-ended run at the LaSalle Bank Theatre – to offer a chance to ride with the Jersey Boys cast members on their official cruise line, Chicago's First Lady Cruises. Jersey Boys cast members will be on board for the last cruise of the day at 3:00 p.m. every Tuesday in May, beginning May 6, 2008.

For a limited time, cast members from Chicago's Jersey Boys team up with CAF docents to provide an entertaining and fact-filled commentary on Chicago's architecture from the unique vantage point of the river. Members of Chicago's cast of Jersey Boys will welcome guests and share a little bit about why Jersey Boys has made its home in Chicago. Back on land, guests can make their way to the LaSalle Bank Theatre for the complete Jersey Boys experience.

All CAF cruises depart from the lower level and southeast corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge at Wacker Drive. The cruise highlights 53 historic and architecturally significant sites along the Chicago River. The staircase to the ticket window and dock is marked by a blue awning. Tickets are $28 for weekday cruises and can be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com

Jersey Boys the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, is currently playing at Chicago's LaSalle Bank Theatre (18 W. Monroe) in an open-ended run, with tickets currently on-sale through October 12, 2008. Tickets can be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com.

About Jersey Boys
Directed by two-time Tony® Award-winner Des McAnuff, Jersey Boys won both the 2006 Tony® Award for Best Musical and the 2007 Grammy Award® for Best Musical Recording, and continues to break box office records on Broadway and in Chicago. Jersey Boys is written by Academy Award®-winner Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe and choreography by Sergio Trujillo.

Jersey Boys is the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi. This is the story of how a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks became one of the biggest American pop music sensations of all time. They wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide - all before they were thirty.
