Touchstone Theatre to Host 11th Annual Young Playwrights' Festival in May

Touchstone Theatre presents the eleventh iteration of its acclaimed Young Playwrights' Festival. This showcase of new plays written by local elementary and middle school students performs on May 14th at Zoellner Arts Center's Baker Hall. The full evening includes a preshow party and post-show gala reception in the Lehigh University Black Box Theatre.
Fulton Theatre to Present Re-Invented GHOST: THE MUSICAL, Today

 The “nationally regarded” Fulton Theatre and Maine State Music Theatre present the exclusive premiere of the new chamber version of Ghost: The Musical through May 14 (Performances at Maine State Music Theatre are June 8 – June 25, 2016). The romantic and heart-wrenching story will feature a cast of 10, focusing on the central characters of the original story, with a 6 piece orchestra. New acoustic versions of the songs from the original Broadway production will include, “Unchained Melody,” “Here Right Now,”  “Suspend My Disbelief – I Had a Life,” and more!

Gettysburg Community Theatre's THE KING AND I Begins Today

Gettysburg Community Theatre, the non-profit 501c3 organization located in the original Elks Lodge building at 49 York Street within the first block of Lincoln Square in historic downtown Gettysburg, presents an all-youth cast production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's classic musical The King And I with special permission from the Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization in NYC. The classic Broadway musical tells the story of mild-mannered floral shop assistant Seymour Krelborn and his carnivorous plant.
