MATILDA's Bailey Ryon Performs at Gettysburg Community Theatre's CINDERELLA BALL Tonight

A South Central PA native and Tony Award-Winning child actress, Bailey Ryon, recently seen on Broadway as one of the original actresses in the title role in Broadway's Matilda the Musical, will perform at The Cinderella Ball tonight, March 7th at 6:30pm at The Gettysburg Hotel Ballroom located at One Lincoln Square in downtown historic Gettysburg. The Cinderella Ball is the 2014 Gala Benefit Concert for the non-profit organization the Gettysburg Community Theatre.
"It is our one big fundraiser per year", says GCT Founding Executive/Artistic Director, Chad-Alan Carr, "and we are thrilled and honored to have Bailey join our very talented students and singers in this benefit concert for the theatre."
GCT is excited to announce that Tony Award-Winning Broadway child star, Bailey Ryon, who performed in the national tour of Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas along with GCT faculty member Eric B. Mota, will perform for The Cinderella Ball to help raise funds for the community theatre.
Bailey Ryon is a young singer/actor/dancer from Southern Pennsylvania. Fresh off the "Great white way", Bailey is one of the original "Matildas" in Matilda the Musical for which she earned a Tony Honors Award and a Grammy Nomination. She has performed on Good Morning America, Live with Kelly and Michael, and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Other credits include "Cindy lou" in Dr. Suess's How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and Clara in Sandman for the 2013 NAMT Festival in NYC.
