On October 11th, Composers Concordance will present Interpretations of Art @ Hardware Gallery, an event that merges music, poetry, and visual art. The CompCord Ensemble, featuring Michiyo Suzuki on bass clarinet, Gene Pritsker on guitar, Artie Dibble on viola, and Laurence Goldman on bass, will debut new compositions inspired by the works of artists Ford Crull and Scot Borofsky. Accompanying the musical performances, a group of poets including Ruthie Adamson, Roger Aplon, and John Pietaro will recite original poetry written for this unique occasion, creating a dynamic dialogue between various art forms.
